Although I have been playing with clay for the last 11 years, Kalypso Pottery, the business, has only been in existence since March of 2011. I was first introduced to pottery in high school and became reaquainted with it when my childredn were in their teens. I rekindled by love with creating beautiful pieces from clay by meeting once a week with great friends where we share our love of pottery and art as well as the joys and heartbreaks in our lives. Today, eventhough I have my own studio I still meet with the ladies to create and share ideas and friendship. I thoroughly enjoy creating each piece and can't wait to get out to the studio to let my creativity flow. I look forward to working with you.
